Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We deliver across Sri Lanka with the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days
Shipping Fees: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Delivery Guidelines
Accurate Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. Gomart.lk is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Delays & Shipping Issues
Unexpected Delays: Sometimes, delays may occur due to factors like weather, courier issues, or public holidays. We’ll notify you if your delivery is affected.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
