Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


How to Start a Return

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or card provider.

  • Partial Refunds: Items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use (not caused by us) may only qualify for a partial refund.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it with the same item.

To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll guide you on returning the faulty product and sending the replacement.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted.

  • Our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item): We’ll cover the full cost of return shipping.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery
